Cookies were delicious but packed on their sides so their left arms were broken

This my second order of 2 dozen ginger twins. The first order was superb. This second order the gingerbread men are dry . I cut into another package and they were dry too. I plan to return them and hope to receive another superb 24 cookies— moist and rich flavor.

Yes, the cookies taste great, but the carb content is way way way too much sugar per serving. You should try some monkfruit to cut down added sugars. I picked all the white frosting off but ... still it spikes my sugar too sharply
