I love gingerbread cookies. These were pretty good. I like a little more chewy or more crunch but all in all the flavor was there. I also like the cookies best once I take them out of the freezer and eat them.
The cookies were great don’t get me wrong I was just disappointed that only 2 of them had a good amount of frosting/crème in the middle. The other two only had a dab on each corner and it just disappointed me

I have a hard time rating any lower than three stars because the product is extremely well executed, but it’s not nearly a strong enough ginger flavor for me. I prefer the nice traditional super strong ginger ginger cookies.
