I already wrote to you through email and Instagram. My mistake was not going to your website and reading the toxic preservative ingredients these were made with. I was trying to support small mom & pop businesses but these cookies were just a corporate store shelf mass produced product that could sit on a shelf for years. VERY disappointed because I love gingerbread.
I usually don’t care for gingerbread cookies because the ginger is too strong, but I really like your cookies. There was a great balance of ginger all the ingredients were balanced just right.

This was a gift for my grandson's dorm Mom. She loved it since she is from the North and has not had anything local that was this good. Good ole southern hospitatlity everytime!!!!
These cookies are delightful with a very rich gingerbread flavor. My only critique is that I wish they had more frosting trim.
