Bleached enriched flour (wheat flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, brown sugar, eggs, palm oil, invert sugar, butter (cream, salt), molasses, cinnamon, baking soda, salt, ginger.

Icing:

Sugar, corn starch, water, dextrose, egg whites, contains 2% or less of: salt, sodium aluminum sulfate, propylene glycol, xanthan gum, artificial flavors, carob bean gum, disodium phosphate, guar gum, polysorbate 60, citric acid, sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate (preservatives), colors (beta carotene, spirulina powder, beet, lycopene, red cabbage, grape juice, riboflavin, caramel color, paprika oleoresin, vegetable juice extract).

We want your Gingerbread Twins to taste just as good at home as they do when they leave our bakery.

They’ll stay soft and juicy for up to two weeks at room temperature in their original packaging. Because we don’t rely on heavy preservatives, that’s the ideal window for the best texture and flavor.

If you’d like to save them for later, simply freeze them when they arrive. They’ll keep beautifully for several months. When you’re ready to enjoy, let them come back to room temperature before serving.
